He wants to take his mother out of that poisonous environment and that is why when the school principal announces a reward of one lakh rupees to the one who wins the gold medal in the national competition, one and a half year old Akshay enters the boxing ring to win this amount. Story of mental depression arising from domestic violence

 

Movie Main Ladega can be the story of any child of Awadh region. Till a generation ago, the fathers of this region considered terror as their pride. They seem to be committing domestic violence with whatever they have at hand. Although here the target of violence is not the children but their mothers, but the children seem to be so frightened by this that it starts becoming a hindrance in their mental, physical and intellectual development.  Akshay keeps teaching younger brother Vansh what to do if he wants to escape from his violent father and how to call his grandfather if needed. On the way to school he also makes her remember her grandfather’s phone number. Reaching another school, Akshay finds his boxing coach in fellow student Gurnam. He also fights well. But, gradually ego also starts growing inside him and when ego starts clouding his eyes on any path of victory, then the possibility of going astray starts becoming 100%.

For actor Akash Pratap Singh, the film Main Ladega is like a launch pad. His brother-in-law is not a superstar, hence only a few people who have any identity in Hindi cinema attended the premiere of the film. When the trailer of the film looked strong, people showed interest in it. The film 100 percent lives up to the expectations raised by its trailer. Akash has kept the script of the film tight and his acting absolutely perfect. The film Main Ladega is a complete entertaining family film in itself. Its future on OTT is very good. Along with director Gaurav Rana, the film’s cinematographer Lucky Yadav and compiler Satya Sharma have also done their work with great care. The musical aspect of the film is weak. Although Sonu Nigam has also sung a song about motherly love in the film, if better lyrics and better music had been found for it, this song could have become another attraction of the film. Yes, Wilfried Soz and Neeraj Vishwakarma’s hard work in creating the background music shines. Rohan Mapuskar has influenced the selection of the film’s supporting cast.
