Mortgage rates are revised by TSB and Natwest, rounding up
Natwest has reduced certain mortgage rates by up to 0.24 percent and raised two-year tracker rates for new borrowers by up to 0.4 percent.

The £995-fee option at 60% loan to value (LTV) has seen the biggest increase in its two-year tracker rate, going from 5.39 percent to 5.79 percent.
The range of fee-free alternatives between 60 and 90 percent LTV has been extended by up to 0.09 percent, with rates ranging from 6.18 to 6.38 percent.
Natwest’s typical residential five-year fixed buy and five-year fixed remortgage programs have seen reductions of up to 0.24 percent.
Among them is the fixed five-year mortgage at 90% LTV, no fees, and £250 cashback, which has decreased from 5.54 percent to 5.3% percent. The cashback-free option has been decreased by the same amount, to 5.3%.
Additionally, Natwest has lowered the rates on Help to Buy five-year fixed remortgage and shared equity five-year fixed purchase by up to 0.13 percent and 0.07 percent, respectively.
For green mortgages, certain five-year fixed buy and remortgage rates have decreased by as much as 0.13 percent.
The current borrower rates remain unaltered.
The pricing at Natwest will change as of March 21.
The bank reportedly partnered with the British Mortgage Awards, according to reports on March 19.
Mortgage rates rise at TSB
Certain mortgage rates, such as those on two-, three-, and five-year fixed terms, have increased by up to 0.25 percent due to changes made by TSB.
For instance, the fixed remortgage for two years at 60 to 75 percent loan-to-value is currently available for £5,341 without a fee or 4.94 percent with a £995 cost.
Five-year fixed remortgage rates, on the other hand, now start at 4.99% at 75–80% LTV with a £995 cost, or 5.19% with no fee, and go up to 5.29% at 85–90% LTV with no fee.
The additional borrowing rates on two-, three-, and five-year fixes have increased by up to 0.1 percent, while the lender’s product transfer rates, fixed for two, three, or five years, have climbed by up to 0.2 percent.
The TSB rates have changed as of March 20.
