DDA Housing Plan for 2024
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has given you another opportunity to buy a great property at a competitive price. The third phase of the DDA’s e-auction for luxury apartments started today, March 5. As part of DDA’s Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023, 32,000 apartments—including penthouses, Super HIG (higher income group), HIG, MIG (mid-income group), LIG (lower income group), and EWS (economic weaker section)—have been placed for sale. Using an electronic auction, penthouses, Super HIG flats, HIG flats, and MIG apartments are being offered in multiple phases. The quantity of apartments available in the DDA Housing Scheme online auction
The plan calls for the e-auction of up to 257 units, including penthouses, HIG apartments, and MIG flats. Two opulent duplex penthouses and 123 HIG 3BHK and 132 MIG 2BHK flats for sale are among the items up for auction.
Price Range for the DDA Housing Scheme
The reserve price for a penthouse is five crore rupees. HIG flats are priced at 2.05 crore rupees, whereas MIG 2BHK units have a reserve price of 1.2 crore rupees. The Duplex Penthouse and the HIG Apartment are located in Dwarka Sector 19B. The residential complex, consisting of 11 towers, was built at an approximate cost of 700 crore rupees.
Qualifications for the DDA Housing Programme
The following qualifying requirements must be met by applicants submitting an application for the DDA Housing Scheme:
They had to be at least eighteen when they hired the flat.
For other units, there are no specific income criteria.
The applicant needs a PAN card.
The applicant needs to have an active, valid bank account.
People who don’t own or rent an apartment larger than 67 square metres or a residential plot in either of the Delhi, Delhi Cantonment, or New Delhi metropolitan areas.
Husband and wife may both submit separate applications for the programme. Only one will be able to maintain the flat if both are selected in the drawing.
How to Apply for 2024’s DDA Housing Scheme
Participants must register and pay 2,500 rupees for each flat they wish to purchase on the e-auction platform, https://eservices.dda.org.in/, before they can place a bid. Upon registration, candidates must provide a booking deposit of 15 lakh rupees for HIG flats, 25 lakh rupees for penthouses, and 10 lakh rupees for MIG flats.
